Re: Over voltage report - is it real?
thank you I have already contacted isp supplies, how could it be damaged unless they are reselling something used to me, is there a way to know what date this device was made on?

I believe that switch was manufactured on Dec 6, 2019.
It sounds like it has been damaged via ground current or over voltage strike.
Send it in for RMA.

Re: Over voltage report - is it real?
Hi, I now have exactly the same issue in 5 netonix switches, some ports are now showing 39watts, how can that be? can someone from netonix help us to fix this issue? is it really consuming those watts in that port or is just a bad reading but is not really consuming those watts?

You can confirm the load using a meter. Measure the power of the switch alone first. Then turn on one port at a time and see how much power is being drawn (subtracting the switch power, of course).
A damaged sensor will give strange readings but measuring is a way to be sure. And, if confirmed, RMA it.
