Did a bunch of search but not finding. There was MAC address range that was for reference when seeing if your switch was during the prodution run that had the fault capacitor. I have bunch of switches that have exhibited this issue and would like to cross reference.
Also I believe Chris had some instructions on a ground mod and also the CAP repair. would like to see those also.

You can request an RMA for them and if it is the CAP issue they will be repaired at no cost.

I would rather avoid cost of shipping. I have 6 or 7 of the 8-150ACs. just wanted to see if MAC in in production run in question.

OK so I have investigated internally as promised.
The Bad News:
MA (manufacturing) does not have an exact list or a range showing which switches have been affected, they have been working with engineering for some time to try and find a precise way to detect if the issue exists but have been so far unsuccessful. Because of this the only way to know for certain is to do the RMA and have our technicians that have been specifically trained for the task to determine if that is the problem or not.
The Good News:
However, MA does have a few switches on their RMA bench right now that they are working on that have the CAP problem. They sent me the MAC address's and manufacturing time's of those switches and I scoured our database for the MAC address's of the one's you sent me. I have found 3 that where manufactured within the same month as at least one of the one's on the bench right now. If the CAP issue is what is affecting your switches I would say it is most likely them.
More Advice:
I also noticed while looking at your switch manufacturing information that the most recent one shipped with firmware 1.5.2, there have been some bugs patched since then in 1.5.5 that could potentially lead to a similar looking problem. Before you RMA make sure they are all up-to-date with the latest firmware and see if the problem goes away.
However, if after that you still see the problem showing up. Then I have sent you a list of the MAC address's in a PM that I suspect might have the CAP issue.
I would suggest starting with them for RMA's.
