They are still compatible. Those same files are stored in Windows at:
C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Netonix Manager

*Note*
You need admin access to reach this part of Windows. Otherwise if you search for it, Windows will deny it exists.

Hey Guys,
I am having this issue now as well after I installed onto a freshly installed Win 10 PC.
Its the same PC just replaced the HD and went from Win 7 to Win 10 Pro.
I have updated everything to the latest versions short of uninstalling Manager and Node.js.
Anyway, hope you figure it out, and I can send setup info if needed if that would help you.
Thanks

Is the issue you're referring too where scheduled firmware update's for device's are not going through?

If so, then let's start with the logs.
You can post a screenshot of it or just the 'logs' file under:
C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Netonix Manager\storage

Hey Stephen, this fell off my radar with other projects taking precedence.

Which logs are you needing to diagnose scheduled upgrade issues? Just the gui log?

Thanks,

I uninstalled and re-installed an older version (8.9.0) of node.js on my Win10 machine where manager is installed. The scheduled upgrades do seem to be working now, however the status of the switch after the upgrade is not stuck at rebooting, and last seem over 12 hours ago.

Any ideas on this?

Can you provide an image or screenshot of the issue?

The scheduled update was over 12 hours after the time in the image, and both devices updated successfully.

I have seen the same thing before and have to click on the pencil and disable polling and then do it again and re-enable it to get the manager to display status again.
Today is an average day: Worse than yesterday, but better than tomorrow.

It seems that works. Less than ideal though.

Agreed I haven't seen this before I'll investigate it to find a fix.
