Tried different browsers, differnet PC and safe / incognito mode. Lots of people have seen this behaviour but this persists
All the best,

Re: v1.5.5 Bug Reports and Comments
LBNL if you are still having this issue where you can't access the web frontend but you can access the switch over ssh, then you can try to either change the username and password from the switch or you can default it.
Change username/password (login via ssh and then from the CLI):
(just tested this on 3 of my switches and it went well) After that you should be able to access your web UI with the credentials you specified
If that still doesn't work then try this:
At which point it will revert to ip address 192.168.1.20 with username/password admin/admin
Change username/password (login via ssh and then from the CLI):
- Code: Select all
conf t
credentials name <new_name>
credentials password <new_password>
end
<click enter again to confirm>
(just tested this on 3 of my switches and it went well) After that you should be able to access your web UI with the credentials you specified
If that still doesn't work then try this:
- Code: Select all
reload defaults
At which point it will revert to ip address 192.168.1.20 with username/password admin/admin

1.5.5
Multicast is still broken in this version.
Is there an ETA to fix it and provide proper multicast support?
I have a bunch of TV towers to replace switches in over the next 6 months and they need to support proper multicast broadcast traffic.

Re: v1.5.5 Bug Reports and Comments
Most likely cause is you need to default that switch.

Revert timer does not work for access control settings.
How to reproduce:
1) set network 192.168.1.0/24, enabled. Everything OK.
2) add other network, enabled. Everything OK.
3) uncheck 192.168.1.0/24 and click apply. Switch management is unaccessible.
Switch was in default configuration, only revert timer is decreased to 60 seconds.

I've been able to confirm the issue. Thank you for the details Ludvick.

Don't know where else to ask for this, since no one at Netonix is answering my emails.
We have an RMA with number 3712 that we wonder how it's going with.
It's sent to Netonix for RMA in September 2019, and still haven't heard anything about the case.
