mini losing packets

I am having the same issue with a WS-8-150-AC traffic passing through the switch is clean but ping's to the switch drop around 4-8 in a row then run clean for a few min. I have tried defaulting the switch, disabling stp, and changing ip's. Currently I am testing on the bench and have noting attached except my uplink and pc. Firmware 1.5.4
