BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND. YOU WILL GET EXACTLY ZERO HELP WITH NETONIX.
Believe me, this company will not be in business for long.

In the beginning, Chris wanted to build good will by doing out of warranty repairs. It might lose money but it's been buying good will. You don't get good will for free. You have to work hard TO EARN IT!
Drop the out of warranty repairs and you will be like Ubiquiti making throw-away kit. Customers might go back to Ubiquiti.
The other value that Netonix gained in doing the out of warranty repairs is good insight into how to make their switches better. If customers start throwing them away, you will not benefit from the post mortem.
Wake up Chris and smell the burning coffee!
Edit: I see Dave's post is the 555th and mine is the 1,111th.
Re: RMA Requests being ignored?
i do not know what happened, i herd of your switches on a podcast and fell in love. I love them and your RMA worked perfectly until about September of last year, them all hell brook lose. Why dont you guys hire another tech or whatever mr Chriss is to do the RMA's charge a little more for the out of warranty work. people like are a willing to pay the extra cash for service.
Re: RMA Requests being ignored?
Also, since RMA's were being done out of warranty the aftermarket on ebay grow, Prices for used netonix went up and this added more value to your brand. I felt confident that if i buy a new Netonix even after it is used and damaged i can just sell it on ebay. Mimosa also has a great RMA department.

Re: RMA Requests being ignored?
Any "Good Will" the company has built up is out the window at this point. Time to start fresh.
Please just validate my warranty coverage, and ship me replacement parts at a reduced rate ASAP. I will do the repair myself and throw the old board in the dump.
Just get moving, this is getting insane. Chris has obviously given up on running this company. Someone better step up and grab the reigns.

Re: RMA Requests being ignored?
We have had 11 switches awaiting repair since october last year as well. One response mid april and it was to tell me everything would be back to normal early May, no response since and no switches returned as of yet June 3rd. Not acceptable under any standards. Our company has started looking at other options after over a dozen emails and phone calls going unanswered.
If someone from netonix would like to reach out ASAP that would be advised.
Thank you,
