Our last batch of switches installed are showing the wrong model in the gui. Is this an issue, will it affect anything?

It can, but I can fix it for you. Just need access to a computer running TeamViewer that has a serial connection to access the CLI on the switch and about 5 minutes. Feel free to PM me so we can schedule a time.

This is a operator error in the last stage of production testing...I have relayed screwup to our production line so they can fix this.

Hello, so i work with Netonix assembly and shipping. Just out of curiosity. When you log into the switch via the web ui. click on the device tab and then click status. then could you tell me what the Mac Address says from there.
