WS-12-250-DC has more PoE options?

Hi there,
additionally to the previous topic our WS-12-250-DC developed an interesting issue:

On the PORT tab in the web config, clicking on the PoE Selector give me the choices of "Off | 24V (0.75A) | 48V (0.75A)".
I also have (only!) 3 ports on this switch, that show "Off | 24V (0.75A) | 24VH (1.5A) | 48V (0.75A) | 48V (1.5A)"

Where does this come from and why are not all ports the same?
Second question, could this be part of the issue that I reported in my previous post viewtopic.php?f=17&t=6199 ?
