About 2 weeks ago i noticed a Fan on WS-12-250-AC seemed to be going bad, then one night had a several units go offline and start flapping, logged into unit and the ports are flapping on power. Check status and temps on board where over 110c, the fan had gone bad. I went out the following morning and replaced the Fan. The switch case itself was so hot you couldn't touch it. But now from what I can tell 24v on any of the ports no longer work and just bounce. 48VH is still working just fine. I had to put up another POE device to supply the 24v power needs. Board Rev. D has current 1.5.5 Firmware.

the switch just spams this, currently a mem leak on the switch and spiking cpu usage, normally a reboot will fix that.
I'm guessing it needs to be RMA'ed but I've had it for several years now and wasn't sure if its still covered to be warrantied or not. I've seen some post about RMA's being really behind right now too. money is pretty tight so hard for me to send it off right now if it will be gone for awhile or if I have to buy a new one while I wait.

Woops I was not fully awake yet, no something is wrong with the 24V power supply NOT the trim pot on the 48V AC power supply.
You will need to RMA the unit, click on the RMA link on the footer of our page. But I see this is a REV D board which means it probably is beyond warranty and or even repair period.
Why on earth do people block out the MAC address? What security hole is the MAC address unless someone is on your layer 2 segment and even then not really.

2 things in your picture bother me.
CPU 98%, it can spike to this but if it is hovering above 25% then something is a foot.
Try rebooting it, and if that does not fix it try disabling services such as SMTP, Discovery, and so on until you find the offending service.
The 24V being too low may be due to about 100+/- units that went out with the 24V AC power supply trimmed improperly from the factory in China that makes our power AC supplies.
To correctly trim the power supply up open the chassis and you will find a blue trim pot with a green sealer like finger nail polish locking it. It is located near the DC output Mollex connector that goes from the power supply to the switch board. Simply use a small screw driver and remove the green sealer then slowly turn the screw in one direction while watching the DEVICE/STATUS screen to monitor the 24V reported voltage. Turn it just a but then wait about 5 seconds and see if it goes up or down. The voltage is a reported average over 3 seconds so remember to turn it slowly then wait and see if your decreasing or increasing the voltage. Then turn the pot in the proper direction to increase the voltage level. Your target should be 50V +/-
The voltage fix is easy, and hopefully the memory was just a spike when you logged in and settles down to around 25% or less.

Yea that unit was made prior to July 2016, way past ability to RMA for repair.
You can go to the new RMA portal and type in the MAC address and it will tell you when that unit was MFG and when it was shipped from our facility.
