I got my first WS3-14-600-AC in and I am currently trying to connect it via SFP+ to a CCR2004. I can't seem to get a link. I am using both a Mikrotik S+31DLC10D and FS.com SFP-10GLR-31 adapters. I've hard set the CCR to 10gb as well as auto-negotiate. The Mikrotik shows light at -1.8 to -2.8, I went ahead and put a 10db pad which it now shows -12.8, but still no link.
Which SFP+ modules have you tried and had luck with?
I also tried connecting it to an Aviat radio I have on the bench and no luck either...

Re: SFP+ Modules for WS3-14-600-AC
Odd,
I'm using the SFP-10GLR-31 connected with a 2m 1310nm single mode fiber patch cable connected to a CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+ Mikrotik and it is working well for me.
When the link is at 10G, it should look like this on the web UI:
What does the firmware say at the bottom of your page?
Can you share screenshots of the Status, Ports and Device->Status tab?

Re: SFP+ Modules for WS3-14-600-AC
So, I figured it out... I had to change the port speed on the Netonix to 2.5gb, save settings and then switch it back to 10gb and it linked up. I LAG'd the ports and had to do the same for the second port.
Yep, the White port color tripped me up for a moment!
