power consumption on port (~86W) - bot nothing connected

Tue Feb 02, 2021 6:50 am

Hi,

one of our WS-12-DC behaves strange:
On port 3 power consumption is displayed at around 86W, but nothing is connected. This appears only when power "48H" is selected, otherwise power consumption is 0W. Ports 0-2 behave correct.
Cable diagnostics shows correct "open, 0 meters".
This is reproducable, everytime I switch to 48H power consumption goes up. At the power-tab total power consumption includes the power from port 3.
Factory reset does not help.

Firmware Version
1.5.6

Board Rev
F

Any ideas?

Regards
Thomas

I am not part of the support team but can tell you have a damaged current sensor. Do you have any idea how it got damaged?

Not really, there have been 3 SIAE Alfo+ connected to the switch. The other ports are ok.....
