You need to set the switch to use the static IP address!
You need to set all your switches to use a static IP address.
If all your switches are still set to 192.168.1.20, you have a big mess.

As far as the unknown I have no idea, it should NEVER say this.
I will ask the programmer but I personally would factory default it and re set it back up or you can wait until Eric responds but this might be tomorrow.

I just tried to reset one of the switch and program it again but same result, but will do some test but a new switch this afternoon.

Has
now made some tests in a few hours, and have found out that when I make my VLAN and save them, it write i status that my IP is unknown.

I found the problem that causes IP Address "Unknown" if the default VLAN ID is not 1. This will be fixed in 1.1.1.
This only affects the display of the IP address in the UI and has nothing to do with the network problem you are having.

okay I just put the new firmware in the 2 netonix switch, and after I have done it,
sees everything Works as it should .
so there must be something in the file which rectifies the problem
