Overvoltage?

Tue Jul 13, 2021 8:12 pm

We installed a new WS-12-250-AC two months ago and it has been working fine. However, when I checked it today, all three voltage readings were off the chart high.

Note that this is with PoE turned off on all ports. Turning it on does not cause any change in the voltage levels.

Thank you for your help

Edited to add: Duh, I forgot to ask a question, to wit: is the switch just bad or could something else be going on?

Internal sensors probably got fried by some ESD. You can submit the unit to get repaired or ignore it. It won't affect operation of the unit, just won't get accurate information.
