Yesterday we had a broadcast storm take down most of our network and we traced it back to our WS3-14-600-AC switch. It seems the switch had locked up (no web UI or ssh) but there were MANY packets coming from it like it got stuck in some STP loop. We eventually had to power cycle the switch which stopped the storm.
Has there been anything like this reported or any fixed currently in the works for these types of issues? We currently have it on v2.0.6rc4.

This is the first I've heard of a broadcast storm caused by an error on the switch. But you may want to upgrade to the v2.0.6 release as it has already been confirmed to be more stable:
