WS-26-400-AC - NCS availability + PoE class 4 question

I am ready to order 3 units x WS-26-400-AC - NCS
but they are flagged as "out of stock".

What is the likelihood of them being in stock in the next month or so?

I could order WS-26-400-IDC - NCS and add my own AC/DC power supply but would definitely prefer not to.

With either unit I would be connecting to each one approx 20 x Hikvision DS-2DE5425W-AE cameras which have a power requirement of "PoE (802.3 at, class4)" - will the Netonix units handle this?
