looking for PN for tape/glue used on SOC heatsink

hi, I'm looking to score some of the thermal adhesive that you stick the heatsink to the SOC with, wouldn't mind checking out the glue you bead around it as well. I've been using thermal paste + silicone epoxy when I replace SOCs but I'd much rather use what you guys use
