We are having a weird issue where if we receive a new switch or even a default one we take off a tower we cannot access them from a windows based machine. We run
ws-12-250-ac and ws-26-400-ac units with at least 1.5.10 firmware. We can log into them with a mac with no problem, but not all our techs carry macs. We have also tried all browsers from Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, etc. Has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks
Danny

Re: Trouble Logging in
I think you need newer than 1.5.10 for TLS v1.2 support. Did they not pull 1.5.10?

Re: Trouble Logging in
If your switches are version 1.5.9 or below you will have this issue. Up to this week we could use Internet Explorer to access switches with a sub version, but that ended this week.
I have been updating my switches that are not accessible (I updated about 30 last night, about 50 to go) via SSH and the command "firmware upgrade <tftp server/software version>". If you have a PC with windows XP, the ie included with it may work for gui access.

Re: Trouble Logging in
We've been updating using Netonix Manager and the updated browsers are happy with 1.5.14. Good to have the SSH option too.
Today is an average day: Worse than yesterday, but better than tomorrow.

Re: Trouble Logging in
I downloaded a older version of Chromium portable. Version 95 works for me to get into the units.
