Could we get something other than the dog-eared paper?

I could not find where to attach a pic, so linking to the following on Picasa.
I circled the dog-eared paper icon in the URL bar that also appears on the favs bar, but I did not screengrab the part of the favs bar that shows it. You can however see the Dilbert and DSLR favicons as they show on my favs bar. I think in some browsers such as IE, the favicon also shows in the URL bar, but not in Chrome. In FF, I do see a blue N favicon on my favs bar so this may just be a Chrome browser issue.

In IE 11 I get a small blue 'N' on a dog-eared sheet. In FF I get the default globe and in Chrome I get the default dog-eared sheet.

It doesn't both me though

The icon in lligetfa's red circle is not a Favicon. In Chrome and probably FireFox, it is just an indicator that the page is not "secure". A HTTPS page will display a lock symbol.
