I just put in a new WS-12-250-AC and on the uplink port I put in a Mikrotik 1G SFP. It links and passes traffic however I am constantly getting RX Oversize Errors. A couple hundred a second. The port on my Mikrotik router shows no errors.
What could be going on?

With the limited information you are providing me I would say that your MTU on the Switch is set too small.
Rx Oversize errors are from a packet larger than the MTU is set to.
What is the MTU set at on the Router port?
Are you using VLAN or VLAN withing VALAN Tagging?

Thanks for your help. I upped the MTU on the switch per your suggestion and have not seen any more RX Oversize errors.
