Bumping this for an updated list of what email alerts one might expect.

Confirmed above:
Ping Watchdog triggered

Suspected based on other thread:
Over temperature
Fan RPM fail

Now I realize that a dying gasp probably is unattainable but maybe a brown-out condition could be detected and alerted on? Maybe an email on cold boot?

Future plans:
Scheduled port bounce success or failure
Configurable temperature
Fan Failures
Login attempt failures
stuff like that, the field is wide
Now these enhancements and things like QnQ and enhanced VLAN Trunking where you specify what VLANs are OK to pass will fall into the v1.2.0 which we are not going to attempt any of the NEW features until we have a FINAL release v1.1.0 out for awhile with no BUG reports
Support is handled on the Forums not in Emails and PMs.

Did you manage to get it working only by changing the port to 587, or must you do the less-secure-Google-app-access step as well?

At the time I had to lower security on my gmail but ISTR that Eric changed the firmware later to use the more secure method.

Paging Eric?

I believe you do still have to enable "less secure apps" in gmail.

I know that this is an older thread, but it applies to my question:
using a WS-150-dc switch at 1.4.9 firmware, have temperature alerts been established yet for a email alert? I haven't seen it in the GUI and I'd love to be able to get notified if the temp is high in my WISP boxes.
Thanks,
Jude MGI

Yes this is an old thread and your firmware is also old, you need to upgrade your firmware.
