RMA process ?
Bummer, I've got a 12-250AC that died after three days of switching, no leds no fans, nada, eeets dead. Since it was my backup I am now without a planB It would be nice to get a reply quickly, even nicer if there was a phone number on the website anywhere, oh well.

Re: RMA process ?
Sorry for your troubles but it happen sometimes, we have a total of 42 RMAs so far out of 6,000 switches so I am thankful.
You have called me many times on my cell, not sure how you lost my number?
Yea somebody tell Ubiquiti to put up a phone number too, sure would come in handy.
I saw your post over on UBNT Superuser forums about the switch dying and having to upgrade to a ToughSwitch. I believe this switch you said was located in a customer premise or colocation?
If you did a search on this forum for "RMA" you would see my normal answer is please send an email request for an RMA to chris@netonix.com
search.php?keywords=RMA
I will then send you a form to fill out and send back with your switch and email back to me.
As far as turn around times on RMA usually 1-4 weeks which is right on par with Ubiquiti although I have waited months on a few occasions for a replacement this or that from Ubiquiti.
I normally let RMAs stack up then I take a day and repair them which is why the delay. I have 4 stacked up right now so next week I will probably take a day and repair them so get it in as soon as possible and you could catch this repair cycle and get it back in a week?
