voltage probelm

Hi,

I found that in one swtich the voltage problem. I attach a picture

If that doesn't fix the problem (removing SFP modules) then try a hard reboot.

Some SFP modules cause issues on the I2C bus which is how the switch talks to the sensors. If removing the SFP module fixes the issue you need to try another SFP brand.

If removing the SFP modules and power cycling it does not fix the issue you may need to RMA the unit.

If a current sensor has been damaged from a shorted cable or a surge it can mess with the I2C bus.

It could also be a failed component but the most common reason is a damaged current sensor which you can sometimes see if you task the unit out of service and turn the POE on every port but have nothing connected to it and look for a "constant" load a port. Not an occasional "ghost / transient " reading but a constant reading then you know a current sensor was damaged probably from a surge.
