Hi
Hope this is a quick question...
Is there a possible bug that means the input voltage reported would be 'stuck'?
I ask because had to run out in a Land Rover to a report solar powered site and swap the batteries as they were about to run out :'-( Since the swap the voltage has been stuck at 24.9V.
If this is not a bug then the replacement batteries are holding the charge better BUT didn't get and sun or wind to charge today! I can believe no sun; but it's been damn windy here so should have seen voltage increases when windy.

Don't know of any bug related to this, but your firmware is rather old, and a lot of changes/improvements were made since that release.
If you can, please upgrade to 1.3.8., or even the latest 1.3.9rc version.

Re: WS-8-250-DC Input voltage 'stuck'
The firmware was the latest release just ~one month ago.
I'll wait until the morning to see if there has been a change in the voltage if not the most I'm likely to to is a reboot.

It may be a month old but there were bug fixes and I think this is one. THese are relatively new products so there are frequent bug fixes.
It is always a good idea with any product to review firmware release notes and upgrade to see if that solves your issue before reporting something that might have been fixed already as the forums will get so clogged up with duplicate reports of this or that.
Please review release notes for v1.3.8 FINIAL but I would look at v1.3.9rc7 latest Release Candidate and what bugs were fixed there to decide which version you want to use.
Review release notes and download firmware here: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=240

Re: WS-8-250-DC Input voltage 'stuck'
The issue was a faulty charge controller which ended up only outputting 2 volts this morning.
