Certainly. In my last picture, on the ports tab, I programmed in the limiting section "10 Mbps". Notice the space between the 10 and the Mbps. The software allows me to save it this way. However when I connect a device (a home router or a computer) to the port with the limiting programmed into it the switch goes into a failure mode that requires disconnecting the device and doing a physical reboot on the switch. The switch will work just fine as long as nothing is plugged into the port with the limiting.
10 Mbps (no good)
10Mbps (good)
