Upgraded many of my WS-8-250-AC to 1.3.7. I've been getting inundated from one (so far) of them with !Fan is Failing alerts:

I know Chris said something about if the temperature isn't >50c that it's ok, but thought this was addressed by 1.3.7 (I could be mistaken about that though.)

I am running 1.3.8 on a 8-250-AC and for the first time getting FAN errors ... any suggestions? The switch is in a cool room, about 55 degrees F.
Board temp is 42 degrees C.

Upgrade to v1.3.9rc8 has resolved the issue. No more Fan 1 is failing alerts.
